So it happened - the inevitable - I turned 40.
The party that was my 30s and the lead up to the big 4-0 were wine-tastic. Now it's time for The After 40. And like all good after parties, I'm more tired, I'm definitely feeling rough around all possible edges and I'm dying for some greasy, salty poutine.
In my 40 Days to 40 blog, I did 40 activities that were designed to make me feel my core desired feelings, as defined by Danielle LaPorte. I also decided to do some things just for fun and to feel a little pampered too - not as my core desired feelings but the way I wanted to feel during those 40 days.

I put this quote on my About 40 Days to 40 page, but I enjoyed reading it again so I thought you might too.
This Blog
My plan for this blog is to post once a week-ish about the things that are going on with me and the things that I'm thinking about.
This will likely include parenting, habit formation, health and wellness, exercise, creativity, writing, relationships and my weird philosophies about life.
Read on fellow lifers (not that we're in prison or anything - we're just, you know, all alive).
